Our technicians knew the job was going to be intense and had 7 guys on the job day one, they came like a Calvary in 4 different company vans, our neighbors were stunned to say the least. All the workers were super friendly and trustworthy and super hard working individuals. They were at our house 2 days in a row with over 100 degrees weather in our attic just to bring our AC up to date. We highly recommend this great company due to thier Honestly, very detail on their work and super HARD WORKERS.

I recently purchased my home, and Shawn was very respectable and understanding when it came to my budget and transparent when it came to urgent repairs and recommendations. Every company will want you to have them install a new system with them, but Spot On has a great monthly maintenance plan where they will try their best to keep your current unit up and running - which was Shawn top priority when I called him up. My thermostat broke during the job - which Shawn graciously offered to help me install if I was able to grab a new one. It was getting late - probably a longer job than usual - but no corners were cut and he made sure everything was online before he could clock out. Hope wifey understands!

Spot on just completed a new unit install at our home. We selected the new heat pump AC/heat unit versus replacing the gas unit. They completed everything as they said they would. Had a very excellent service call by Shawn P. Very professional, knowledgeable. He made a very thorough inspection and diagnosed the cause of the problem. It required a replacement part that he picked up. Shawn returned the following PM to replace the defective part. They're always on time and very knwoledgeable about plumbing, heating, and cooling matters. Their plans and pricing are great. The technicians are also always prepared with foot coverings before coming in the house, tools, and supplies they need. Always very professional and prompt. I also love that they have technicians who are pros in all different matters so that I can ask about different issues in the house without having to call a plumber, hvac specialist, and electrician separately.

Our old heater went out a week before Thanksgiving and I asked God to lead me to the right company. Just then, a Spot On van drove by! Called for service and got scheduled the next day for the water heater maintenance. I'm not really that well versed in HVAC but Ruben was very helpful and explained everything along the way, he even remembered where the furnace was. My kitchen drain line needed a clean out and I had been delaying it for awhile. I saw a flyer from Spot On with specials, including a kitchen drain line clean. I thought it was a good deal so why not jump on it and try Spot On. Their technology is great, giving me notifications on when the technician would be here and I could track him. Levi arrived on time and was very friendly. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional and after I explained what I was looking for he said he would take care of it. He got right to work and did an excellent job. He showed me certain things and helped me understand some others. Even gave me some advice to help out the drain. There were no hidden fees or costs of any kind, just honest hard work. I really appreciated the transparency and would absolutely recommend them to anyone because I would use them again.

Spot On has been spot on. Just moved into our home in Whittier, and SO has already been called twice. Bottom line, no one has looked at your water heater or hvac system in a long time…and they need to.Communication…fantastic. From Joyce the dispatcher, to the text and email updates with tech locations, and digital access to estimates…couldn’t ask for more. They make it easy to communicate.Professionalism…fantastic. All the vans, gear and uniforms are branded, making it feel very cohesive. Techs are extremely knowledgeable, safe, clean and walked me through everything, including their personal opinions which means a lot.Results…fantastic. Both preventative visits ended in cleanings with recommendations for future work. I signed up for the monthly fee/membership after the first visit and it’s already paying dividends.Our first call was for a water heater that wouldn’t turn on. Levi came out, set me straight within minutes. He completed a full inspection and then provided a three tiered estimate from priority/affordable solution up to a complete replacement.Our second call was a follow up scheduled by Levi as part of the membership…an hvac inspection.Shawn arrived, and dove right into the existing system, removing pieces for inspection, cleaning away decades of dirt and bug carcasses, and talking me through the whole process. What I thought would be a half hour…shine a flashlight around and blow on some connections…turned into a three hour detailed cleaning and inspection.No one had maintained our system since it was installed however many years ago. Wires were hanging on for dear life, drainage holes were blocked, and duct was leaking all over. Not great, but functional.Shawn documented, cleaned everything, and walked me through another three tiered estimate, itemizing priorities and showing me photos of finished installations.SO doesn’t dance around issues or send the B-Team. They give it to you honestly and with transparency which is what you need to make these massive decisions.I haven’t pulled the trigger on major upgrades yet, but the process up to this point has been incredible.This is the level of service I’ve been looking for. I look forward to updating this review after proceeding with some work.

Antonio came and did the maintenance on our heating system. He was very thorough and did a great job. He went through the whole system and explained everything he was doing. Antonio was thorough in his assessment of the heating repair job. He gave me information about my heating system that the first two technicians did not. There were 2 other technicians from other companies in my house before him that never mentioned that my ducts were made of asbestos. This is highly important information to me as I have been diagnosed with cancer from exposure to asbestos. Antonio also took my system apart and actually showed me what needed to be replaced and why. I was given 3 different pricing estimates and different financing options. The level of professionalism between Antonio and the 1st two technicians from other companies are separated by light years. I feel blessed to have met Antonio and look forward to working with him and his company in the future.

This company provided extremely great service on my A/C unit about a year ago. Most recently they did maintenance service on my heater. They spent whatever time was needed to do the job - they didn’t unnecessarily rush through. The tech made sure I was comfortable with his work and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Taylor came by to inspect our system when we had some trouble with the AC not keeping up with the heat in a house we bought recently. I know next to nothing about AC systems, but Taylor was able to walk me through how our system was set up and several potential problems with how things were running, complete with hand-drawn diagrams. He was patient and friendly while I asked several questions to make sure I understood. He gave us several options on how to proceed and was able to answer all of my questions about the plans he presented. In the end we decided to hold off on doing any work for now, but when the time comes we'll definitely be calling Spot On to do it.

This company is very professional. When I placed a service call to install a nest thermostat, I was advised to return it and had to buy the nest thermostat from company directly so I did. Unfortunately when tech arrived, no nest thermostat. Maintenance on AC system was provided and tech was awesome but the whole reason I called was to get a nest thermostat. All in all great service but lack of communication from booking agent to tech is the only reason I gave them a 4 star. Gonna go back to HomeDepot and get nest thermostat again and just install myself.

Juan and Antonio from Spot On did a fantastic on my A/C . First of all, they texted an ETA and we’re actually early. Then they masked up and put booties on when entering the house. They followed up by doing a full cleaning of the a/c unit, the compressor, coils and the fan motor. They kept me informed during the whole process showing before and after pictures, as well as, volt readings from the various components . Finally, they went into the attic and checked the furnace blower/motor and filter. They followed up with a comprehensive overview of all work, along with some recommendations. Once again, Juan and Antonio with Spot On did just a terrific job and I will highly recommend them to everybody

This company is very professional and very honest they explain everything , Juan showed me as he was working on my heater what he was going to be doing and parts as the repairing why it needed to be replaced the end result was very impressive, cleaned up, I was very happy with there work, so I called them back with my bathroom backed up, Which affected my upstairs restroom also, I didn’t want the call anyone else but this company, they came unplugged my toilet explained what happen and was done in no time everything is working downstairs and upstairs, nothing worst then your bathroom not working order , I’m very pleased and do recommend Spot On ,

When you're dealing with service companies it's very difficult to find good value and great knowledgeable service. We are very pleased with the service and quality of AC and heating system we purchased. The installers were very polite, courteous and very careful not to damage floors and walls. Taylor was our service repair person. He was incredibly prompt, communicated his estimated arrival time, very professional and courteous. Taylor also was very thorough in his assessment of the situation and was very conscientious about keeping the area clean as he worked and communicated what he was looking for in the repair. He provided recommendations and provided us with an email summary which included pictures. Great experience all around especially working with Taylor on our heating issue.

Very honest business, I highly recommend. They came one day and couldn’t do anything cause my pipes were frozen and they told me that they’d allow it to thaw out and returned the next day. Taylor earned this 5 star rating. He clearly communicated what he was going to do and called me for visual inspections before and after. Our AC unit was left looking brand new and it is 15 years old. He was thorough, communicative, professional and respectful from start to finish. Juan arrived within the 2 hr. window, wearing a mask, and using protective booties within our home. He pointed out the issues with our air conditioning unit. He was polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He cleaned up after the work was done, and was respectful of our home and property. Would highly recommend this company. We decided to replace our 21 yr. old system. It took them 2 1/2 days to complete the project. Our new AC system is working great. It's more efficient, and quieter. I commend Juan, Franklin, Nick, and the rest of the crew for their professionalism, knowledge, and respect for our property. They cleaned up well, also, and went beyond what was expected of them. The company was fantastic. Taylor showed up on time and he was very informative. He walked me through the different systems and the services. The air conditioner is definitely running a lot better after the service work that he did. I really appreciated when he explained the service plan with CWP ended up signing up right away. They were able to accommodate my renters the same afternoon.Repaired a short in the ac/heating system.Thankfully it was a small job, and they absorbed the service call fee.They did a good job, guaranteed for 30 days.They did want to sell me a service plan...I m not too keen on spending money on things that aren't broken.Over all good experience.

I was looking for a 5 zone mini split system. After calling, I was contacted by Juan, who was professional, respectful and is negotiable while still delivering on his promises.The crew that installed the system worked hard, were friendly and finished on time. They laid down mats and wore shoe covers as not to get our floor dirty. They also cleaned any messes from the drywall cutting.I was very pleased with the experience and recommend anyone to get a quote done.
